    Northampton Live Music - The Calvin features big name acts in an old-style theatre; you may want to purchase tickets in advance depending on the season. The Ironhorse is a smaller venue in a more bar-style setting. The Pearl Street Nightclub is where to go for dancing. We've also caught some wonderful local talent at the Bishops Lounge, which is the perfect place to relax with a beer any night of the week.

    Movie Theatres - The Academy of Music theatre is a must-see with its Victorian interior, and huge screen complete with red velvet curtains. The Amherst Cinema - The core of programming at Amherst Cinema is first-run independent film and classic repertory.
